Child Policy

• Children 0-5 years stay free of charge, Children 6-13 years are charged at 50% of the adult rate
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and each child’s full name must be listed when completing the indemnity form. Children stay at their parent’s own risk.
• A Maximum of two children can share a room with 2 adults where the bed configuration is 1 x double bed and 2 x single/child beds. No additional beds can be added to the room
• Children staying in a separate room to their parents must have at least one person 16+ years also sleeping in the same room

Booking Process

Booking inquiries and direct bookings can be made through info@embalakaicamps.com , res@embalakaicamps.com or alternatively in person at our office located at Block 21, Soweto Street, Kaloleni Arusha. All bookings must be received in writing and adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies.

Way to make Payment

1) Online Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex
Paying with online credit card is the fattest and most convenient way to pay. This payment method has a 3% bank surcharges that needs to be added on top of the original amount.

2) Direct Wire Transfer
Below are all the bank details that you will require to transfer funds to our account. When transferring the funds please ensure that our final bank account name is mentioned in the transfer copy. Once we get the swift copy we shall send it to the bank for follow up. This mode of payment takes a minimum of 7 working days for the funds to arrive in our account. Approximately US$45 should be kept as a provisional for beneficiary bank account charges.
